Health risks of Milk
In countries which have the highest intake of milk also have the highest incidence of osteoporosis. A Harvard Nurses' Health study published in the June 1997 issue of the American Journal of Public Health found that women who ate lots of dairy products had higher rates of bone fractures than women who rarely touched the stuff. It suggested that drinking more milk didn't provide any substantial protection against hip or forearm fractures in middle-aged and older women.
The New Superfood!
Krill Oil contains 43 times more antioxidants than fish oil according to the US Government ORAC rating. The superfood is Bio-Krill. Ordinary fish oil is possibly loaded with pollutants, but because krill is bottom of the food chain so are not contaminated with toxins like mercury, lead, arsenic, PCB's, the radioactive strontium and other pollutants from industrial waste in the water. Why we need Lutein
It might be easy to say – increase green vegetables in your diet. But that is not really practical for most people. The alternative is to take a nutritional supplement. Not only will it be easy – just taking a couple of capsules is easier than eating multiple plates of green vegetables; it also provide the added advantage of providing multiple nutrients. The benefits of taking lutein can be multiplied manifold by a supplement that also contains Zeaxanthin and zinc (which provide enhanced resistance against AMD), and vitamin E (a powerful antioxidant which can help against cancer), and even turmeric extract (great in preventing Alzheimer’s disease).
Why do you need Coenzyme Q10?
It is a nutrient necessary to the functioning of every cell in your body. The greater the oxidative stress on a given organ tissue, the greater your need for Coenzyme Q10, which may explain why it is good for your heart. Ubiquinol is the active antioxidant form of ubiquinone, and is directly responsible for the powerful benefits long associated with CoQ10. It is pre-converted, so it is easily assimilated and utilized by your body. Preliminary research shows that ubiquinol is much more effective than ubiquinone.Vitamin E
New findings from a women's health study support a role for vitamin E with tocopherol supplements has been shown to enhance specific aspects of the immune response that appear to decline as people age.Why do you need Coenzyme Q10?

What's New and Beneficial About Onions
The flavonoids in onions tend to be more concentrated in the outer layers of the flesh. To maximize your health benefits, peel off as little of the fleshy, edible portion as possible when removing the onion's outermost paper layer. Even a small amount of "overpeeling" can result in unwanted loss of flavonoids. For example, a red onion can lose about 20% of its quercetin and almost 75% of its anthocyanins if it is "overpeeled."
The total polyphenol content of onions is much higher than many people expect. (Polyphenols are one of the largest categories of phytonutrients in food. This category includes all flavonoids as well as tannins.) The total polyphenol content of onion is not only higher than its fellow allium vegetables, garlic and leeks, but also higher than tomatoes, carrots, and red bell pepper.
